1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "pjs138," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at the domain pjs138.cam, including all its subdomains, applications, and related services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pjs138 platform for gaming, betting, or any other purpose.
• "Account" means the registered personal gaming account created by a Player on pjs138, through which the Player accesses games, makes deposits, places bets, and requests withdrawals.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's pjs138 Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or bonuses added to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the total amount a Player must wager on qualifying games before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Services" collectively refers to all gaming products, sportsbook betting, lottery draws (togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers prediction lottery), live casino rooms, slot games, and any ancillary features offered through pjs138.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is illegal, or where pjs138 has elected not to offer Services for regulatory or commercial reasons.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for Account registration and withdrawal processing.

2. Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Access to and use of pjs138 is strictly conditional on the following eligibility criteria being satisfied in full at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account.
• You must not be accessing the Services from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using pjs138 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of pjs138, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, or any software and payment processing partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit your use of gambling services.
• You must not have previously been excluded from pjs138 under our self-exclusion program or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on pjs138. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, device, IP address, or financial instrument — is strictly prohibited. pjs138 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate associated balances without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When creating your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk for Indonesian residents), valid email address, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. pjs138 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on pjs138 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, losses, and bonus amounts are expressed in IDR. Currency conversion is not supported; all transactions must be conducted in Rupiah via supported Indonesian payment methods.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pjs138 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. pjs138 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual bank and e-wallet provider limits may apply. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmed receipt. pjs138 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for BCA, BRI, and BNI bank accounts, within 10 minutes for Mandiri and CIMB Niaga, and within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods, under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows, periods of high transaction volume, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your pjs138 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Funds that originated from active bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is satisfied in full.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

pjs138 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, to delay or decline withdrawals pending AML investigation, and to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Players must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name and must not use pjs138 as a vehicle for any money laundering activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on pjs138 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the pjs138 Welcome Bonus. The standard offer is a 100% match bonus up to a maximum of Rp 20.000.000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated on the promotions page. The bonus is credited automatically to your Account after the qualifying deposit is confirmed.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of fifteen times (15x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus requires Rp 15.000.000 in qualifying wagers. Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements are as follows: slot games contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 20%; sportsbook bets on markets with odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%; sportsbook bets on markets with odds below 1.50 contribute 0%; togel lottery bets contribute 50%; table games (RNG baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of bonus activation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

pjs138 actively monitors Player behavior for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, colluding with other Players, and using prohibited software to gain an unfair advantage. Where bonus abuse is identified, pjs138 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games offered on pjs138 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Sports betting odds and togel (lottery) draw results are sourced from official data providers and are considered final once confirmed. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, pjs138 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. pjs138's decision on game outcomes is final and binding where such decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

For sportsbook betting, all bets are accepted subject to the rules of the specific sport and competition. Bandar bola (football betting), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are governed by the sportsbook rules page, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Live in-play bets are accepted at pjs138's discretion and may be suspended or refused at any time without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on pjs138:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for personal financial gain
• Conducting any form of cheat, fraud, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of pjs138's platform, servers, or payment systems

Violation of any prohibition listed above will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in reporting to law enforcement authorities.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

pjs138 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any Player at any time, including during registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, following any Account irregularity, or on a periodic basis as part of our ongoing compliance program.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

11. Limitations of Liability

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary

In all cases where pjs138 is found liable, our aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by pjs138

pjs138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or reputational risk to the platform. Upon termination for cause, pjs138 may withhold any Account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, may permanently forfeit that balance.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before processing your closure request, we will verify your identity and ensure any outstanding wagering requirements, pending bets, or withdrawal requests are resolved. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of verified closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to successful KYC completion.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pjs138 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pjs138 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notification shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body designated by pjs138.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pjs138's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property rights, or to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent use of the platform.
